I just want to say that training with Diana was an incredible experience. She taught me how to be disciplined and the importance of taking care of myself all around. From the beginning she was extremely patient and her guidance was instrumental in starting my transformation. Her love and passion for fitness made training fun and I was always looking forward to the next session. Accomplishing and meeting my personal goals was her top priority. My health and wellbeing were always core to the personal training plan she had developed for me. All of the exercises, routines and even ideas for how to properly diet were fun and unique. She helped me challenge myself and reach my personal goals that I once thought were impossible. Diana always educated me on the purpose of training and the benefits I would gain in the long run. I met her weighing around 255lbs and left her in the best shape of my life at 185lbs. Having lost 70lbs. it was definitely a life changer. To date, those 70lbs. have not returned and it’s mainly due to Diana and everything she taught me. I am lucky to have met and trained with her and in the process, made a great friend for life.

Diana has taught me so much. She has taught me the importance of self-care and in turn has built my confidence. I have worked with her for two years and not only have I lost weight from her nutritional education, but I have gotten stronger and built muscle from her intense work outs. Diana Simpson has changed my life! I am absolutely addicted to her P90X, SWEAT classes and her homework. Yes, she gives homework – one week may be extra exercises and the next week a food plan challenge! She incorporates a complete strategy for your body: exercise, nutrition, strength training. Diana has given me the ability to push myself and reach limits that I did not dream were possible. I have never felt so strong and my body so fit! I’ve been with several different trainers in my life but Diana has been the only one I’ve stayed with. Her dedication as a trainer sets her apart from all the rest. Look no further! If you want or need someone to PUSH YOU lower to the ground when doing push-ups, HOLD YOUR HAND level when the weights get a little heavy, LISTEN TO YOU complain about one more set but ALWAYS be there for you during your fitness journey until you reach your goal then look no further. Diana is an amazing personal trainer that knows what her clients need even when they don’t. When I first met her, I was only able to work out two days a week for 30 min sessions. In a short space of time and not a lot of time to work with, she helped me transform my body and achieve amazing results. I could have not done it without her.

In December last year, a friend of mine wanted to start Diana's S.W.E.A.T. training in January for 12 weeks. My "workouts" at the time consisted mostly of walking several times a week with a light jog once or twice a month. I could barely do 5 push-ups at one time. I figured the only way to snap my body into shape so that I could start running again and start losing the baby weight was to workout with a group. 

Diana sent us all home with a meal plan and workouts we can do at home in between sessions. 

 

After 12 weeks of Diana's boot camp, I didn't have the scale results I wanted but talk about losing inches! I shed an inch off my chest and almost 5 inches off my waist! I went from being able to barely do 5 push-ups to 50 push-ups at one time! Working out outside made a huge difference in my endurance, too. I'm now able to run a 5K without stopping! 

I'm in week 2 of doing another 12-week S.W.E.A.T. session to get leaner and get the scale results I want. I've already lost one pound! I'm grateful for Diana's guidance and overall support. She always motivates and pushes me to give my best effort every session because she truly cares to see you reach your fitness goals. Our workout group has bonded and they offer support during and in between sessions, too. Overall, what a fantastic program! I'm so glad I joined.

My testimonial regarding Master Trainer Diana Simpson maybe construed as being bias, since I am her husband, but I promise you it will be accurate. I've had the privilege of observing firsthand the hard work and commitment that goes into Diana's profession. First, there's the endless hours of preparation prior to sessions with a client and classes to ensure each one of 

her routines are always fresh and perfected to achieve specific goals. Then there's the several courses needed to be completed each year by Diana to maintain her title as a Master Trainer. Finally, there's the actual conducting of the class. Diana not only performs all the exercises during these classes, including demonstrating the coinciding modifications, but also has the endurance to give verbal instructions during the exercise. I've only observed this type of endurance and attention to detail once before in my life, and that was from my Drill Sergeant in basic training. For those that are fortunate to train with Diana one-on-one, there's even a higher level of commitment. The goal is not to get fit for a wedding or to fit into a bathing suit over the summer, but to commit to an entire lifestyle change that will enhance one's health for the rest of their lives. This philosophy that Diana brings to her profession is the reason her clients come back year-after-year. I know no other person as passionate and as dedicated to health and fitness as my beautiful wife Diana.
